Questions, answered honestly

Yes — short-term rental accommodation in NSW must be listed on the STRA register before you can take bookings. KeyHold Stays handles the registration for you as part of getting set up.

In Greater Sydney, a non-hosted whole-home listing (where you're not living on-site) can be booked for a maximum of 180 nights per year. Bookings of 21 or more continuous nights don't count toward that cap, and hosted stays aren't limited. We manage your calendar so you stay within the rules.

The management fee only — from 15% of your booking revenue. There's no upfront cost, no setup fee and no lock-in contract.

Yes. It's your property — you can block out dates for your own use anytime, and we'll work the calendar around them.
